International Factory Controller (m/f).


Are you looking for a challenging international career? Welcome to Continental!
You'll jump-start your career through our two-year long factory controlling talent initiative. By taking over various responsibilities in controlling, you will acquire an extensive knowledge base and build an international network. You'll gain basic knowledge of plant operations and start your local network through your first position in our plant in Camacari, Brazil. Next, you'll broaden your view and your controlling knowledge through an 18 month training-on-the-job assignment in our corporate headquarters in Hanover, Germany. You'll then take over a demanding task in factory controlling in one of our European plants before returning to your position in Brazil.

As always, our standards are very high. To apply, you'll need an excellent business degree, fluent English and Portuguese and ideally, will have acquired initial on-the-job or internship experience in controlling.
