For our Business Unit ThyssenKrupp Fördertechnik Latino Americana in Belo Horizonte (Brazil) we are looking for the
Head of Engineering (m/f)
on a local contract

Your tasks:

Leading the departments Engineering/Hydraulic, Electric and Steel Construction/Statics:

* achieve the strategic, commercial and technical objectives
* leadership
* support of the sales organisation
* securing a quality-, time- and cost-optimized project execution
* securing the technological leadership of raw materials and mineral extraction
* implementation of the strategic marketing concept

Area of responsibility:

* general technical coordination of order processing
* technical tender preparation
* accounts planning including personnel planning and investments
* research and development projects

Your profile:

* graduate degree in mechanical engineering
* at least 5 years work experience in the area of bulk materials handling
* industry knowledge in Mining and Materials Handling
* very good command of English and Portuguese
* proven skills in construction, execution and sales
* mobility for national and international business trips
