Unglücklich Departure from Germany to Brazil without visa

    Hello!

I have an urgent question and I hope someone can help me. My Brazilian friend is just Germany, but his tourist visa expired already. Now he has before, again Brazil to fly. Does anyone know what he will get in this case at the airport? Will he have to pay a penalty? Or the re-entry is prohibited him perhaps? Or it could be even worse come and he is arrested? And does anybody know whether he could avoid possible complications by he departs from another country (e.g. the Netherlands)? I would be grateful for any information or tips! Thanks ever!

Clearly he must face punishment. Also, it depends on how long the visa is coated. Clearly, he is caught somewhere, be it as he has no ticket for the tram or a random check, he will be arrested and deported. Also he can get denied the re-entry over the years.
I have through a similar situation with my wife, it has helped us that we have fully cooperates with the authorities. I have that we then as planned have married, despite me one year lawyer and Court struck with rum until the case from the world was done... You can not help so you, you move yourself as on smooth ice.
A departure of a third country (Holland, knowned...) is no longer different as in Germany in today's information age. The officials have the same information and ask the same questions. You can then also be deported.

Here reported already trouble-free exit of Spain, this is also at high risk to consider fraught and with caution.

    Hello
a departure from a third country makes sense only if this is not part of the Scheengen area, but your friend must come dorthun first.
I would recommend to you that he is normally travels if you luck have nothing happens, here in Switzerland I heard so far of a case, that imposed a temporary entry lock. I think times rather less arrest or slide off, because the authorities are only happy when you travel out at his own expense.
    Wish you good luck

    Regards Nick

MH, or maybe just sit with the competent foreigners authority in conjunction. If it is just about a few days, nobody will probably pay Wegesperrt/aubgeschoben or the like, but certainly only a penalty. Wenns is covered with long, do you have a problem anyway, and if you contact the appropriate Office. And even if you somehow bent get out that with exit via a third country, there are problems at the latest at the next entry.

Standard AW: Departure from Germany to Brazil without visa

    From Wikipedia:

It is Deprivation of liberty, in specified situations in connection with a Deportation temporarily via a not stay be law- Person can be imposed. Overall purpose of the detention is to prevent it, that is the person concerned by immersion one for the authorities ()Executive) unknown location withdraw a deportation.
Why should he go in detention if he departs but already voluntarily? Whether there are fines Germany for when you travel out voluntarily or a lock? Good question.
    Greetings

So due to numerous examples of the closer and other friends I can say: Yes and Yes
The authorities set to fines as well as entry barriers, even though the person in the process is to leave voluntarily!
This particular Frankfurt airport has very diligently!
So at least to Frankfurt, I'd make a wide berth!
Possibly Amsterdam would worth a try but without guarantee!
Tucan, your situation is not hopeless but very serious (with luck)! The controls are more sharply from year to year and the sanctions more difficult...
