    Hello dear Brazil-Web members,

I have a question and hope you can help me.
My Brazilian fiancee and I want to get married. I have all the papers in which
Given registry office and now there is no yet a statutory insurance my fiancée that she is single. According to the Standesbeamtin, it makes every German Consulate in Brazil. So has my fiancee at the German Consulate in Salvador called and there was told her that they do not know something like that.
Now my question: where and how can you ask for it and so that it is recognized in Germany? Is a bit soul sleeves, which do not know something like that.
Possibly to the Info: I live in North Rhine-WESTPHALIA and the higher regional court of Hamm is responsible for allowing the wedding.
Hope someone already had this problem and could help me.
Thank you in advance and have a nice sunny day!

    Greeting

    Jannes

    Moin,
actually, your fiancee needs a certificate of marriage skills.
    And she do not exist.

Daswegen must be freed you from this obligation, which makes the Court of appeal.
You want to have a statutory insurance.
When my wife, then made the registry itself - or else every notary public. He is sure if necessary that sufficient German understands you. Perhaps that is also portugisisch anschiesender officially certified translation from a translated which is recognised by the Court of appeal.

Maybe just call at OLG and ask how that would like to.

With us, it has enough that that has translated a friend of my wife orally.

    Greeting
    Christian

    Hello Christian.Thiessen!

Many, many thanks for your quick reply.
The problem, my fiancee is in Brazil. We have applied for a visa of the wedding.
The German Consulate waretet for the response from the immigration service.
The Immigration Service agrees to only the visa if I have a registration of the marriage at the civil registry office. The register Office will issue but until log on to the immigration service, if all the papers are. Is a joke because I have 6 months ago when the registry office demand, which documents are required. There was nothing of this Eidesstattlichen insurance. Yes useless Naja...aufregen.
Yes the Ledigkeitsbescheiningung mine has engaged once: by the civil registry office, the Abschirft and once by 2 witnesses.
I've ever called the Immigration Office and nachgfragt whether it would not go when my fiancee as a tourist comes and will then marry, because if the visa will be ready, I'm poorer 23742983748923 euro, have made 10 x all documents, because they have etc lost the validity
Unfortunately, the dry response came, then she must apply for return and there a spousal reunification visa.
How should this be done now? If you can do this in the Court of appeal then must depending on Deutschland...doch then can it not stay here even after the marriage (according to the Immigration Office).
    It is complicated

    Hello
My wife traveled a normal two years ago (without marriage visa)
She delivered the sworn statement at the Registrar in my home on German. Then everything in the Court of appeal was sent and after not even two weeks the Registrar called again, because all the papers were again and only then we made an appointment. We did previously but already everything on a marriage visa is more complicated, that is why we were married without. These arise neither before nor disadvantages. The whole process is just easier and above all faster.

    Good luck

    Jürgen

For me it expires currently so this EV.
Has my little in BRA by hand applied (according to our Standesbamtin in food/North Rhine-WESTPHALIA), family status includes, given before a Brazilian public. Can be a lawyer/notary, mine was in the Consulate in Recifethat has worked out. By the way the other documents were legalized, a total 176RS.
Were a notarized copy of a passport given in the Cartorio with 2 witnesses, because she previously send the documents by mail me (I sach only, OLG Hamm), then the certificate of marital status, was birth certificate and Eheurkunde legalized in Consulate, (she is divorced) Ditto. Divorce judgment need not be legalized.
It lacks only this pitiful A1 test, then here makes in d ' village PRüfung...
According to Consulate papers now all OK.
Oh yes, I must translate yet, when the Plörren here are...
Asked by the way, does anyone know nen cheap translator which is approved at the OLG Hamm?
Will also Googled, but perhaps has already an experience.

    Greeting joerch
