Changes of airport in São Paulo

I have following schedule
Arrival:
03/04/2012 16: 11 Congonhas Airport (CGH) São Paulo
Departure
03/04/2012 19: 15 Guarulhos Airport (GRU) Sao Paulo

Es sind gerade mal 3 Std dazwischen und das auch noch in der Woche. Der Flight aus Rio nach Sao Paulo geht mit der TAM Gesellschaft.
What options do I have? Is it faster if I immediately take a taxi instead of a bus?
Der Veranstalter, bei dem ich die Flights gebucht habe, will den Flug nicht verschieben. Und meiner Meinung nach ist das zeitlich nicht zu schaffen.

Does anyone have some advice?I would be very thankful.

So in my experience a taxi is not faster than the shuttle of CGH to GRU...
If this however only after 30 minutes depart then certainly in the taxi.

Der Veranstalter will nicht einlenken. Daher bleibt mir entweder das Ganze gar nicht anzutreten oder darauf zu hoffen, dass es klappt. Habt ihr irgendwelche Tipps wie ich die Vorgänge beschleunigen kann. Wieso machen die überhaupt innerhalb der Flights in Brazil any Passport? Or for which this immigration be control, sometimes up to 1,5 h takes?
I company, flying in from Brazil with the TAM I can then take a free shuttle service? Where must to do this?

Airport:
