Hello!
Often we in a post the entire post of another Member cited. It is called a full quote (Fullquote). It involves not quoting contributions consisting of only one or a few sentences and do not disturb the flow of the reading.
Longer full quotes in a post but disrupt the flow of reading in a thread. If you followed the Forum on mobile devices it is also very hard to scroll to where all contributions are cited, read only to the actual contributions by one thread.
It is not at all useful to quote a whole post if this is directly above the response or content fully agreeing to a post. It makes sense to quote, if one wants to relate in his contribution to parts from the post of another Member and this is absolutely necessary to understand of the response.
Please get the trouble and truncates the text cite. It cited only single sentences or paragraphs of the text to which your answer refers. Truncates the text even if your answer refers to the full post. Always a small button with a Doppelpfeil appears next to the name of the article creator you quoted. If you click on the button you will be redirected to quoted post.
If still times encountered a full citation in a post, then this is truncated sometimes moderators of us. Unfortunately, we are not infallible, and then sometimes it can happen that exactly the part is cut to her you refers in the response. Speak in these cases the relevant moderator or the administrator by PN.
Thank you!
Greeting
Thomas
